When I look back two years ago when I was in the process of finding a home, there was no thought process on which realtors I was going to choose to help me find my future residence. I had known the folks at Giving Tree Real Estate Company for quite some time.  I had seen them work with others in the past I knew that no matter what the circumstances they would go above and beyond to help me in the quest for the perfect home. I remember vividly, the minute I made the choice to buy my own home.  I immediately called Giving Tree! The next thing I knew we were pulling searches to see what was out there. Fast forward two weeks and one showing later we had found the perfect condo. I was so excited, my first home! As soon as I made the decision that I wanted it I got all my questions answered by the folks at Giving Tree. They were always there for me when I needed them. I could go on and on about my experience with them, however, there is one memory that sticks out in my mind. I had picked a 'not so great' mortgage company (a friend's company) to work with and unfortunately things fell through right before my closing. Paul picked up the pieces, got me a new mortgage within hours and my closing was two weeks later.
